So I felt like coming in for some bagels. McKenna is the one who helped me.
I asked if they ever make soft pretzels, they don’t. So she recommended pretzel bagel. I was interested, but they didn’t have any upfront. So she went and searched. She searched hard. I mean, she really did! She definitely went above and beyond! I so appreciate when people really try to help. And that was definitely her.
And I love the bagels here.

I arrived at what seemed to be a breakfast rush, and I was pleased with the efficiency and the kindness of service during morning rush hour. Laura worked the counter and helped make a pleasant experience. The food was on point that day as well.

Every time I stop in here before reporting to work the employees are so nice to me. I can see them struggling with long lines, short staff and malfunctioning equipment but somehow they can still treat me with kindness. I hope corporate appreciates how much dedication that takes and at least helps them be more successful with working equipment.
