Every staff person went out of the way to help two old ladies!

Family room quiet and inviting.

I was in this location this last Sunday and we waited for our food for over an hour before we were told they completely lost our ticket. We were told we were going to need to pay again but I still had the number from our order. I went up to the counter and it was then when we waited another 20 mins for our food. I recommend you try to find a different place to come to as you will most likely be forgot about!

Great service. They helped with menu and made the transaction very smooth

Some items came out cold, twice. This really wasn't a huge issue because they ultimately corrected it. The service was good and they followed up again to make sure the food was still warm and to apologize once again. It's not that there was an issue, it's how they handled the issue I appreciated.

I think that this burger place is underrated, the food is great, service matches the food, every time we go to a Culvers it's been a great experience, definitely recommend the California style burger,

Sadly a large concrete mixer is now the size of a medium and Culvers increased the price too! This was a treat we enjoyed. But not for that price.

It used to be five stars, but it has gone downhill in the last year. They use way too much salt on their burgers, fries are always undercooked, and soda is flat. I used to really enjoy the food but not so much anymore.

We wanted some ice cream at Easter but they were closed when we got there

Their food is great but they need to take better care of their curbside customers. Waited for over 10+ minutes and I had to call them to tell them that I was parked outside. One of the employees came out and all he had to say was “sorry for the wait” and that was it. I didn’t say anything to him because I was so frustrated and I was hoping for a little more than sorry. All in all, you’re probably better eating inside than waiting outside in the curbside spot. Also they only have one dedicated spot for curbside orders. They really need to get more. Very disappointed

Fair prices for a carnivore. Meet patties with cheese is a winner.

So it was disappointing to have my cashier go through my order twice, charge me extra for the mushrooms and then have them along with the grilled onions left off my burger.

The manager was in the dinning room delivering someone else's food. He did offer to have my burger remade. But I declined because I was already eating it and didn't want to wait for another burger.

But what was most striking to me about this experience was the young man cleaning the dining room this evening 4/19 about 7:30 pm. He checked in with me about my meal and offered to get the manager when I mentioned that I was disappointed at not receiving the condiments I asked for, especially the ones I was charged extra for. How is it, that it matters more to him than the person preparing my burger that it was prepared correctly???

Since there was a custom list provided for the cook what I expected to be on my burger, there was no reason for the grilled onions and mushrooms to have been left off. If you are going to upcharge your customers for items on their burgers. You owe it to them to ensure they are added.

It's one thing to omit free items but it's Inexcusable to charge me for something that you are not going to provide me with.

It definitely does not cause me to want to return!
