The teens that work here just mess around and make everyone’s food delayed. Not friendly at all. Second time I’ve had this experience this time had a mobile order instead of going in to see if experience was better, the ice cream sat so long before bringing it out with the food it was melted like chocalte milk.

For me, Culver’s has always been a “go to” option for good quality fast food. Always clean and attractive, they have a great dining area. Born in Wisconsin, I have a natural affinity for their menu. The pork tenderloin is a favorite of mine. Last night, I ordered the pork tenderloin while going through the drive through. A wonderful young woman, Taylor, took my order. She was at the window when I got there to pay and pick up my sandwich. Taylor was simply delightful to interact with. She offered a pup cup for my dog, wished me a wonderful evening and just made me feel special. Management, Taylor is a shining example of making your guests feel special! Great training! curbside ordering is a joke. The wait for the food to arrive was sooo long, I almost considered leaving. it shouldnt take 20 minutes to get your food at a fast food restaurant!

When you order through the drive through they place a sticker on your car with your order number and you pull forward and wait. Forever. I ordered a salad, just the salad. Someone runs out, quickly apologizes for the wait, then runs off after handing me my food. I tried to call after her because it was missing a fork. Ended up having to go in and grab one. I'd recommend avoiding the drive through.
The bacon blue salad was really good tho, chicken was juicy. Felt like I needed something healthy after gorging on taco John's.
