This is considered extra jalapeños and the sub was missing other selected ingredients

I ordered online pickup from here. That process was fine, but once I got home, I realized they forgot an item I paid extra for.

I went online to try to get it resolved, but their chat bot is a robot, and they will only get a "support specialist" to help you via email.

I ordered this food as a treat for myself and I don't really have money to just throw around willy-nilly, so I am extremely upset that I can't get a partial refund for an item I paid extra for.

Sandwich’s always come out good. I’m just not sure about the management in this place. Usually the people working are nice but the last two times I went there, I sent my order in 30 minutes before I got there. Then When I arrived, they had not even found my order yet until I asked them after 10 minutes of waiting if My food was ready, then took another 10 mins to make the food.

Kaden and Zander working Wednesday night around 7:30pm had outstanding customer service and were very nice and detail oriented. Every employee should be taught customer service from them.
