I ordered online pickup from here. That process was fine, but once I got home, I realized they forgot an item I paid extra for.

I went online to try to get it resolved, but their chat bot is a robot, and they will only get a "support specialist" to help you via email.

I ordered this food as a treat for myself and I don't really have money to just throw around willy-nilly, so I am extremely upset that I can't get a partial refund for an item I paid extra for.

Sandwich’s always come out good. I’m just not sure about the management in this place. Usually the people working are nice but the last two times I went there, I sent my order in 30 minutes before I got there. Then When I arrived, they had not even found my order yet until I asked them after 10 minutes of waiting if My food was ready, then took another 10 mins to make the food.

This Firehouse is getting 1 star only because the subs are well made. The problem here is that i noticed a difference in the subs between my local Firehouse Subs in the Springs and this one ,which i pick up on my way to work in the evening.

What's the difference you ask? I noticed that the medium subs I always order from here seemed a bit smaller than my local store. Well i asked the counter person how big the medium sub is supposed to be....their answer?.....6 inches. NO NO NO! Right on the website when ordering you have the small (no size given but around 4 inches is the norm) the medium which CLEARLY states 7 to 8 inches and the large is 11 to 12 inches. I even showed the size selection right on my phone to the counter person. I also called my local store and they confirmed the medium size is 7 to 8 inches.

These stores are franchised owned so the owner must be responsible for this. Anybody remember the Subway lawsuit over the size disparity? And this isn't a minor mistake over the length of the bread. I've asked twice now and gotten the same answer from 2 different crews working there that a medium is 6 inches contrary to the website which is correct. There are laws against false advertising and this store is KNOWINGLY delivering less than advertised. Do in need to get corporate involved or seek legal remedies? The owner better fix this as no legal disclaimer on the website covers this. And if the owner responds to this review, the only thing he'd better say is "sorry, we're going to correct this issue".

I ordered 4 sandwiches. The worker barely spoke English, so it was hard to communicate with the employee. The employee also did not know how to work the register. He charged my card twice and then asked me to swipe it again. He even had to face time someone for help. This location needs to better train their employees and have a manager also available for when incidents may occur.

I'm not sure how these guys can screw up every other order when an order for pickup or doordash is made. If someone orders two bottles of soda, they put two empty cups in a bag. What are we supposed to do with two empty cups? Also, someone should probably call for a health inspection.

Just ordered 6 subs and my son brings them home and none of them were marked…really, I tried to call a manager but the extension was busy, lolMaybe it’s a new manager? Maybe they don’t have sharpies to mark the subs or maybe they will use the excuse that everyone is using for everything….we are understaffed and can’t hire anyone…..

Good sub, came out quickly, and accurately. I used to frequent Fire House Subs, but they seem to have gone away from the selection of hot sauces and warm “WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE” greetings. Energy is low, drink station could use a good wipe down, floors dirty. Good experience, but not what I remembered it being.

If this wasn’t happening consistently, I wouldn’t feel the need to post a poor review. The staff needs some training. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten an empty cup already sealed up in a delivery order (not the delivery service’s fault), missing ingredients, or the wrong item altogether. It takes a long time to get your food when you do decide to go in, and the staff is rarely friendly. I’ve worked plenty of years in the service industry and it’s a pretty simple thing to A) Check the outgoing order, B) Be friendly, and C) Don’t sell charred or stale sides.
