Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Ordered a Crispy Chicken Burger,. to my surprise, Got everything BUT the Crispy chicken, smh

Orders weren't accurate, the place severely needed cleaned including the concrete mixers which due to their state were very unappetizing. The staff was also uncoordinated in their efforts to work with one another to get food out. Usually we love Freddy's, but this particular location needs attention

As always this location kicks butt! Always clean, friendly, and delicious! The employees are always willing to go the extra mile to provide you with a great meal and management has always been very kind and friendly:)

Food is usually pretty good but everytime I get ice cream that don’t even really put the toppings in it. they give you 1 free topping then it’s A DOLLAR for extra toppings. I got strawberry, cheesecake, and cookie dough. there was literally 2 cheesecake pieces, you could barely taste the strawberry, the shake wasn’t even pink. To their credit they did put like a whole 5 cookie dough pieces in a LARGE but like…. It was almost $10 for a “concrete” that tasted like straight vanilla ice cream with minimal toppings. Super disappointing that people pay good money and the workers intentionally skimp on toppings. like if people are paying, give them what they pay for.

It’s national cheeseburger day and this place say that there are no specials for today. But they were polite.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, fresh, hot food! My only issues were lack of ketchup, and the cashier sneezed over the ice cream (custard?) without properly covering his face. I wasn't going to have dessert anyway, but it was still gross.

I had just been rafting and was looking for a quick treat. Stopped by Freddy’s and the staff took my order at the drive thru immediately. They were both friendly and polite. Meghan (I believe was her name) was the so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for anything better! 10/1@ recommend for sure!!! Thanks guys!

Love Freddy’s so much and this location is amazing! While eating, Andrew came over and checked on my table to make sure everything was amazing. Speaking of amazing, the burgers and fries couldn’t have been better! Do yourself a favor, make the stop over here it’s 200% worth it!

My husband ordered a strawberry milkshake this afternoon. I asked the cashier at the drive thru why it was white. She said she didn't make and closed the window. I would post the picture of the bottom of the cup where they placed two strawberries but did not bother to blend the shake. How lazy can you get?

Got drive through. Usually love this place. Got a large fries and drink with my burger. Asked for no pickles. Got my drink, but no straw to drink it with. The large fries was only about half full. Burger was cold with pickles and no onions. Drink tastes like toilet water. Last visit here.
