Amazing custard! To be honest I mostly just buy custard from Freddy's, every couple months I crave it. It's so good! I used to live in Illinois and missed good custard from small custard shops since custard isn't as popular on the west coast. When I found Freddy's I was thrilled! I have tried the fries and they were pretty good. But my rating is for their custard alone!

Custard ice cream is delicious. Nice servers. Positive interactions with customers.

Absolutely delicious food. Not great value, at all, but taste makes up for it. (Except when they decide they're the salt overlords and absolutely salt the HELL out of every menu item)

Went to get food here tonight and had a simple order of fries, cheese fries and a burger which they forgot the burger and blamed it on being busy however there was no one else in line. This is the second time we’ve had this happen and staff didn’t really seem to care.

Cool looking place. Staff doesn't care. Food is not worth the money. I think Freddy would be sad. Too bad such a great concept is not appreciated the way the founder visioned. If you got staff that cared not just bodies in place.

Fast food. It's pretty good if you like smash burgers and frozen custard. Have had many different things here. Price is about the same as most, maybe a little on the higher end. Service is always with a smile and they acknowledge Vets, which is a plus in my book. Often the cleanliness at this location is a bit on the untidy side but overall clean. Gets very bist around lunchtime. Haven't had a burger here I didn't like.

We had a small issue with getting incorrect food but the staff was very quick to correct the issue and even gave us a free custard . Food is always really good here and the service is phenomenal.

Went through drive-through however my order was messed up, asked for no Cheese due to an allergy
when I went inside Staff was very kind About the mistake and remade the sandwich thank you for the great service

That was the fastest service I’ve ever had in my life. Barely had time to fill my cup! Not only was it fast but it was perfect. Check out staff was on it. Bathrooms were clean.
