Really good hot dogs in a comfy hang space with a full bar. They very nearly got the Chicago style hot dog correct (sprinkled with poppy seeds instead of celery salt) but it was delicious nonetheless. I would spend a lazy afternoon here having a few cocktails and a few dogs. We will likely come back here to this relaxing gem in the heart of castle rock.
Wow. I have cooked in Michelin 2 and 3 star restaurants in Europe, and have to say that I am impressed with the level Gluttony has taken the basic, and not so basic, concept of a hot dog.The dogs are top quality, and the buns are something I have never seen before. Came here yesterday with a coworker for a salad, and I absolutely loved the southwest salad! I added chicken on top for protein. The crispy jalapeños were delicious! It was a much bigger salad than I thought as well!
