Just found a gem of a bar and grill on my first visit to Castlerock, CO. My waiter Sean immediately made me feel right at home and gave me a quick rundown of the history of this place and the menu. I got the bbq bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. Let me start by saying the onion rings are hand beer battered and they are . My burger was crafted perfectly to my desired doneness and the tap beer was very cold. I was here early in the afternoon, but the crowd has been gradually picking up. This is now my go to bar when I'm in town. I'm looking forward to trying other items on their menu. To the owners... Props to my guy Sean. You better keep him. Word. I wish I had taken a pic of ny food, but I dug right into it as soon as it was served. It looked delicious though. Trust me. Beer Ice Cold.

Last night we had a spontaneous dinner night out. My family loves Hideaway.Although they were very short staffed, our server Sean, who was also bartending, was INCREDIBLE and went ABOVE and BEYOND.Being extremely busy, Sean was still kind, funny and very attentive with our family.Thank you Sean...we will be requesting you our next visit.

Awesome food and nice place for friends and family to eat. French dip is great and so are so are the burgers and sandwiches. Homemade dishes. The chips and salsa and the potato chips are great. Also, service is great and very friendly.
