Just found a gem of a bar and grill on my first visit to Castlerock, CO. My waiter Sean immediately made me feel right at home and gave me a quick rundown of the history of this place and the menu. Last night we had a spontaneous dinner night out. My family loves Hideaway.Although they were very short staffed, our server Sean, who was also bartending, was INCREDIBLE and went ABOVE and BEYOND.Being extremely busy, Sean was still kind, funny and very attentive with our family.Thank you Sean...we will be requesting you our next visit.
