We picked up some pancakes and French toast on our way home from work, and when we got home and I started eating my food I found that there were long brown hairs actually baked into my pancakes. The only reason I found out was because I choked on one while eating your food that I spent $35 on just to throw it in the garbage

Our service and food was not very good. Our waitress would not even smile back at us and was not friendly at all. We got no refills on drinks and the food was not very good. When we up to pay our bill after we were given our tickets and walked the two feet to the counter to wait to pay, our waitress came up to us and said she thought we left without paying. It was very strange because we clearly were waiting there. It’s not like our table was far from the pay counter and she could clearly see us. Very weird and not good experience.

We found ourselves on Christmas Day trying to figure out what to do for dinner. I was in the ER that morning getting stitches in my finger, after I stupidly used a sharp knife to open my kids gift...Oops! Well we went to IHOP where it was minimal staff, rightly so, and it was busy. Patty was our waitress and she was working very hard and was an Angel. Thank you for being open, and thank you for being awesome. Patty deserves a raise!

We ordered door dash and the poor dasher has been waiting for 45 minutes at the restaurant for food with no indication that they're going to make it anytime soon. We ordered an hour ago thinking that would be more than enough time to get the food delivered, but the restaurant hasn't even made it yet. They need to unlist themselves from door dash if they can't handle the additional orders.

I get the correct order less than 50% of the time when I order. Today, I didn't get bacon on my burger. Just tiring to pay and rarely get what I ordered.
