Showed up at opening pm a Tuesday and the restaurant was closed. Waited and the workers started showing up 10 minutes after opening. Opened 20 minutes late. Avoid this place if youre in a hurry or just expect their hours to be reality.

They wouldn’t give John Richard Dickerson IV French toast sticks cuz he’s old enough to drink alcohol. Thanks Obama.

Going back several years I have to say that this IHOP has become a much better place to eat over the years.
The food is top drawer and the service excellent.
Back in 2000 ish maby a bit before when it first opened there were issues with quality, service and management.
I'm glad to say it now not only fixed those issues it's improved 500%.
Today's breakfast was great, filling and the server was professional (well trained).
Also the restaurant is well cleaned and has a much better smell them in the past.
Kiddos to my server, the cooks and management for the positive dinning experience.
Went to this location to start my 4th of July off with some of my favorite pancakes, but this experience has just ruined my entire day. Throughout my entire dining experience I kept over hearing two employees non-stop speaking in Spanish about other employees. If I was anyone else that didn’t understand maybe I wouldn’t have noticed, but as manager of my own store for another company this behavior should never be tolerated it only ruins the experience of all. I believe these employees names were Liz and Eloisa.
Came in at about 7am on Monday morning.
Ordered a build your own omelet with 3 buttermilk pancakes, it was super delicious. The roasted tomatoes was a good option for the add-in for the omelet, recommend.
The buttermilk pancakes were perfect as well. Service was excellent, kept me topped off with water and was very attentive to all tables. Very professional feel, the manager who was dressed up went and made sure everything was good with all tables including mine. That's a nice touch.
I liked it, roughly $16 + $4 tip - $20 cash. Water only. Great experience, clean, modern, food was perfect.
Expensive -most certainly not healthy-very small portions. I won’t be going back to IHOP, they used to be generous.
Food was cold, had it reheated, all good
