We go here so often that the amazing and incredibly friendly staff know us by name. Best sushi in 30-miles hands down. Their Thai menu is also outstanding…then their Chinese menu is great too!! The restaurant is immaculate and love the decor that they continue to add. We are SOO happy that Ito came to Castle Rock!! Our favorite dishes are beef drunken noodles, Panang chicken, and then all things sushi.
So glad to have this gem in castle rock. Just go! You won’t be disappointed. Great food. Great staff. New favorite spot in CR!
