Very efficient group of workers. They all worked well together. It was very busy and they got your sandwich quickly. Great job everyone.

The food is always good but man the service here is always so slow. Even with the line not that long, I have consistently spend 20-30 minutes in line from the moment I step in, until the moment I walk out with my food. It isn’t just once, probably the last 3-4 times I’ve came. I came in today and it took my 35 minutes to get my food. The employees working were very rude, loudly complaining about their job and even saying they wanted to walk out of the restaurant. The staff was not attentive and was rude during ordering. Very unprofessional and makes me not want to return to this location

Ordered a large office order a day early to ensure they had plenty of time to prepare the order. Came to pick up and they somehow lost the order. Had to wait almost an hour past when I was supposed to pick up. Had to remind them to add our chips that we paid for. The staff was very apologetic but when I got back to the office, 2 of the orders were wrong including one who has gluten/dairy allergies and hers got made into a sandwich instead of a bowl. Tried calling the location but only a busy signal.
Rude! I stopped in on Monday the 22nd to pick up my online order
I was very polite and gave the girl my name she handed me my bag never once looking at me and when I said thank you she just walked away. Obviously she was not trained in customer service.

I went in tonight around 8:30 p.m. 9/16 and the customer service I received was extremely disappointing. Upon entering, we were greeted by a young lady who rolled her eyes, sighed, and said “ugh, of course more people come in.” It was very clear she was frustrated that customers were coming in even though it was still 30 minutes before closing time.
When I placed my order for a cold sandwich and then requested a chicken Philly, I was told they could not make it because the grill had been cleaned and closed for the night. As a business restaurant owner myself, I know cleaning should not be done before close, and I mentioned this. Her response was dismissive, and she told me she didn’t care if I spoke to the manager. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it.
I began recording the interaction because of how unprofessional it was, and even then, she still refused to identify herself. The other employee in the store was much more professional, explained the manager would be in at 12 the next day, and handled things more appropriately. However, my husband went in less than 10 minutes later and was able to get a grilled sandwich made, which shows the first employee was simply unwilling to help. To make matters worse, she was discussing the incident with her coworkers in front of him instead of handling it privately.
This experience was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this situation with the staff involved, because customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience—especially when arriving well before closing time.

Double check orders. Just to make sure they didn't forget the extras. BUT 95% of the time, it's great. And they are quick about it and friendly!

While the food was fine the focus on clients ordering food directly in front of them is an ultimate failure. Ordered sandwiches with my partner. Then proceeded to have my partners sandwhich completed and paid for while 4 online orders go out before my mini sandwhich. Communication was extremely poor. While I understand an afternoon lunch rush the lack of priorities for customers standing in front of you is extremely poor. Won't be visiting this location anytime soon. Maybe just if you are ordering online seems like that's all they really cared about.
Also While planning to stay and eat at the restaurant every table was sticky and had crumbs on them. With the sheer number of staff around this seems ridiculous.
My wife and I ordered food from this location, two days ago. It was my first time ever eating food from Jersey Mike’s. Everyone I know has raved about Jersey Mike’s. Thus, I was excited.
The sandwiches, while substantial in size and content, were bland at best. The roast beef and the Italian were dry. They lacked acid and any sort of seasoning. That’s almost forgivable given that these things can be added at home. What isn’t forgivable is the fact that these sandwiches made us both ill. The only common denominators here were the staff, lettuce and tomatoes.
Please check your produce and please ensure staff are using the appropriate procedures for proper hygiene. As a chef, if I served food to a patron that made them ill, that responsibility lays solely on me. This too, rests solely with management.

Great Staff and Food, Nice and clean.
Update below! It’s a 50/50 if your sandwich will be correct, even if you order in-store. I can generally tell when I walk in and see the crew working if it’ll be right or not. We keep trying but likely won’t anymore because it’s frustrating, and it’s not easy to check a to-go order before you leave the store.
Our subs last night turned out the same as our order 3 times ago. Ordered the buffalo chicken cheese steak and received it with absolutely no Frank’s hot sauce on it. I’m not really sure how you keep forgetting the ingredient that’s in the name, but it sucks. My sandwich was slathered with bleu cheese, as if that would make up for their mistake. It was really awful compared to the normal JM sub to be honest.
Please train the teenagers (and all employees) to listen to the order, read the order, and make the subs properly.
We likely won’t be back since we just never know what we’ll get.
UPDATE: We gave them another shot this evening and had another strike out. One sandwich was ordered with no tomato or blue cheese dressing. The guy that took the order completed and wrapped the sandwich. As he walked over he made sure to point out he labeled the sandwich with no tomato or blue cheese dressing, but when we got home, both sandwiches were identical. The customizations were not done. I’m at a loss. It’s hopeless. 100% NOT returning.
