I was really impressed with this team today. I watched them prep a gluten free allergy sandwich and they clearly took it seriously. It was for an online order so the customer was not there to "oversee" the process. The team could have cut corners but they did not! They used different knives, put the sandwich on a special cutting board, changed gloves before handling, etc. Very impressed with their pleasant customer service, efficiency, attention to detail and cleanliness. Awesome team today!!

This place doesn't honor coupons advertised online. Tried to place an order for the first time using coupon they were advertising and it didn't work neither did any other. Not ever ordering again here. Scammers.

Very busy jersey mikes

The ladies were very nice! Very good customer service!! But jersey mikes needs to add seasoning to their mushrooms. No one likes unseasoned mushrooms.

We ordered through the App and placed a catering order. Came in and picked up the order. The little blonde girl with all the makeup that helped us out (didn’t catch her name) was probably the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. Just a hateful girl that got upset because we asked a few questions about the order.

Manager(s) do not know how to problem solve and blame order mix ups on DoorDash. They did not issue my refund for the missing items.

Twice I’ve ordered from this location and twice they have gotten the food order and takes them 45 minutes to get my food out. And also I’ve requested no jalapeños due to allergy issues and every time they add it and double it on the order for jalapeños. Do not order from them, you’re better off going somewhere else.

They always open later than advertised. 10am is pretty standard for places to open. I don’t like to walk in right on opening, so waited 35 mins and they STILL haven’t opened. They really need to get it together bc that’s embarrassing and bad business.

Mikes way is the best! Occasionally we’ll have a craving for the beautifully blended flavors of their sandwiches

Parking: Parking is easy, although there’s a good chance you will park a few rows away from the entrance as the parking spots by Jersey Mikes are usually full.

Sub par sandwich. Bread was stale and Philly meat was overcooked and dried out. The Parker location is far superior to the castle rock location.

The last 3 visits the bread has been extremely soggy. Once, I understand, maybe even twice. The quality has gone way done hill in the last year.

3rd time we picked up castle rock jersey Mike's and bread is so hard! both sandwiches are inedible. Reading all the bad reviews I'm wondering if the owners even care!!!
