Double check orders. Just to make sure they didn't forget the extras. BUT 95% of the time, it's great. And they are quick about it and friendly!

While the food was fine the focus on clients ordering food directly in front of them is an ultimate failure. Ordered sandwiches with my partner. Then proceeded to have my partners sandwhich completed and paid for while 4 online orders go out before my mini sandwhich. Communication was extremely poor. While I understand an afternoon lunch rush the lack of priorities for customers standing in front of you is extremely poor. Won't be visiting this location anytime soon. Maybe just if you are ordering online seems like that's all they really cared about.
Also While planning to stay and eat at the restaurant every table was sticky and had crumbs on them. With the sheer number of staff around this seems ridiculous.
My wife and I ordered food from this location, two days ago. It was my first time ever eating food from Jersey Mike’s. Everyone I know has raved about Jersey Mike’s. Thus, I was excited.
The sandwiches, while substantial in size and content, were bland at best. The roast beef and the Italian were dry. They lacked acid and any sort of seasoning. That’s almost forgivable given that these things can be added at home. What isn’t forgivable is the fact that these sandwiches made us both ill. The only common denominators here were the staff, lettuce and tomatoes.
Please check your produce and please ensure staff are using the appropriate procedures for proper hygiene. As a chef, if I served food to a patron that made them ill, that responsibility lays solely on me. This too, rests solely with management.

Great Staff and Food, Nice and clean.
Update below! It’s a 50/50 if your sandwich will be correct, even if you order in-store. I can generally tell when I walk in and see the crew working if it’ll be right or not. We keep trying but likely won’t anymore because it’s frustrating, and it’s not easy to check a to-go order before you leave the store.
Our subs last night turned out the same as our order 3 times ago. Ordered the buffalo chicken cheese steak and received it with absolutely no Frank’s hot sauce on it. I’m not really sure how you keep forgetting the ingredient that’s in the name, but it sucks. My sandwich was slathered with bleu cheese, as if that would make up for their mistake. It was really awful compared to the normal JM sub to be honest.
Please train the teenagers (and all employees) to listen to the order, read the order, and make the subs properly.
We likely won’t be back since we just never know what we’ll get.
UPDATE: We gave them another shot this evening and had another strike out. One sandwich was ordered with no tomato or blue cheese dressing. The guy that took the order completed and wrapped the sandwich. As he walked over he made sure to point out he labeled the sandwich with no tomato or blue cheese dressing, but when we got home, both sandwiches were identical. The customizations were not done. I’m at a loss. It’s hopeless. 100% NOT returning.
Nothing more frustrating than ordering a sub offline for pickup. Click boxes for items on sub. Including banana peppers. Add in the comments to add extra banana peppers. Leave a tip! Pick up sandwich just for it to have zero banana peppers.
I ordered a hot sub #26 with nothing but the chicken bacon and cheese. They added lettuce tomato’s to it and by the time I got home to realize it they were closed so I tossed the sub out
We placed an order via their website and it got picked up then canceled by door dash. Richard the GM, was extremely helpful in ensuring we would receive our food and then proceeded to refund us completely. We were extremely satisfied with their service!
I misjudged my catering order and didn’t order enough for a meeting. I believe it was Richard who offered to make 2 more sub boxes in under 10 mins. He even gave a little discount because he felt so bad when it was completely my fault. Everyone was happy and fed thanks to him!

The food is good. Hot subs take some time to make, while cold subs are made at a quicker pace. Plus, they're always busy from the moment they open to the moment they close. So you may have to wait at a table depending on your order.
The person serving me was polite and professional. I believe the person in charge was bs ing with someone the whole time I was there. The Food, food is not worth the cost. For a full size sandwich which is a foot long was like 16.00 for a basic meat one. Come on places need to give it a rest. Stop the COVID price scams. I rather sell twice as many items to make the same money and give people a break vs just breaking them. If you stop being greedy you could have customers out the door every day constant money flow, keep people in a job.
This location always sends me burnt cookies. Not sure why I keep trying them. The location by my job in Littleton is perfect, cookies and all!! Guess that's why I keep trying them, hoping they'll become perfect like the Littleton/Ken Caryl location. Just take them out the oven 3 min sooner and it'll be 5 stars. True story
Used to be great location but the food has gone downhill here. Less meat than usual or other Jersey Mikes locations.
Wow! I never comment. I want to say to the employer I'm impressed by the three young people working tonight. They're efficient, organized, clean. I run door dash and I've been in restaurants where employees are goofing around and I'm ignored. Top notch you guys!
