I had terrible service tonight
I ordered a simple chicken breast original recipe in the drive thru around 630 pm
They said it would take 20 minutes
They suggested I do the extra recipe and yet they tried charging me for two when I said one
It took about twenty minute anyway
I drove him and immediately noticed it tasted odd
I have been in the bathroom all night since on one piece

I’ve always wondered why people only make only negative comments, never good comments. It seems like only the negative is worth sharing 🤔
My wife and I ate at the Castle Rock KFC on June 29,2022. We had the Wednesday special. The biscuit and the cole slaw were fine. The meat and mashed potatoes were inedible. Staff were friendly and helpful. The store was dirty and very hot-- no air conditioning. It appears that the owner/franchisee has little interest in this location.
