I made an order online on 3/27 for pick up on 3/30 at 6:30 pm. It was my Easter Dessert. When we arrived at 6:15pm, there was a sign on the door saying “we are closed” with no reason. We tried to call again the next week but the phone just rang. I finally reached someone today and explained what happened and how this ruined part of our Easter dinner. The girl who took the call did not apologize or explain what happened at all. . She offered a refund or for us to come in to get something else. I told her that is not right for ruining our Easter dinner. I am extremely disappointed with this company. We used to order lunch often to my office but I will never go there again. This is very sad. If they knew they were going to be closed, they had a few days to contact me. Wish I could give this location zero stars.

Not what I expected, but one of the best pastries I've had in quite some time. A bit slow and busy, but i guess it's because they are that good. I will definitely think of kneaders and skip esiteins and Starbucks next time i want some coffee because it's the first time my coffee doesn't taste burnt/too roasted.

I ordered a French dip sandwich online, picked it up thru the very slow drive thru. When I got home the DIP was missing I called the store and they let it ring for over 15 minutes before I hung up. The sandwich was dry and the meat was almost non existent. DO NOT GO HERE FOR FOOD!

The best part for sure was their pastries! You can tell they make them there. The blackberry frangipane was superb! We loved their outdoor seating!

Too expensive for what it is. Bacon is often old and chewy.

We buy some of the osiago cheddar bread each week. We use it to make the best grilled cheese sandwich and breakfast sandwiches.

I like this place. It is unfortunate how pricey it is for what you get.

One of the best places to come in Castle Rock for soup and sandwiches. Pastries are delicious! And it is usually way less crowded than anywhere else near the Outlet Mall.

Will never come to this location again. Why does it take over 15 minutes to get an order of soup. I do not understand! In fact I waited and found that people that ordered after me got their soup and sandwich before me. Sometimes in life it only takes one negative experience to never go to that business again. This is that experience. What gets me upset is the workers that we have in society.

The only complaint I would have is that they don't have one in pueblo. Although I would go broke if they did. Amazing food.
