The staff were amazing!! I was short on money and was trying to get a smaller meal in my budget and was told it had been taken care of and not to worry about it! It was the kindest thing. I appreciate the gesture so much. Thank you for helping me out.
This was my first time going through a Kneaders drive through and I'm very disappointed. I was the only one in the line, but the clerk seemed rushed and irritated, thus, I felt rushed to place an order. I had the tuna on hazelnut bread and a slice of very berry cheesecake. The bread was good but the sandwich was pathetic. Very little tuna, and a leaf of lettuce that should have been composted a couple of days ago. I’ve never had this experience at Kneaders before, but it was exceptionally dirty tonight. We were the only patrons in the restaurant, so being busy wasn’t the issue. My shoes stuck to the floor it was so dirty. The women’s bathroom was disgusting as well. My husband said the men’s was the same. I am very disappointed.
