The food here shocked us. So tasty and healthy. The quality of ingredients is very high! My husband said it was one of the best burgers he's ever had in his life!

Who knew a hospital could have such good food. Was skeptical when the hospital gave us a meal ticket but high-quality food at a reasonable price. Would recommend if you are staying at the hospital not to skip this hidden gem.

A fantastic restaurant with great prices. They also have an incredible salad bar. I've been meeting my girlfriend here once a month for six years. That's the kind of loyalty they inspire. LOVE this place ♥️

You would never expect to find such a phenomenal restaurant at a hospital. The food was unbelievably good and high class in an approachable setting. We were thoroughly impressed with each dish we got. The chef certainly knows how to pair unique flavors together. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in the area.

This is only my 3rd visit. I didn’t realize they changed their menu selections 2-3 times per year. I had the lamb burger. Relish and goat cheese definitely was different. Fries were just OK.

We had dinner tonight at Mannas. My son had a rush order to make it to a gig on time. Our server, Camila, did a fantastic job handling our special request. The food was great as usual.

Amazing restaurant, located inside Castle Rock Adventist Hospital, with unique and expertly crafted dishes full of flavor. They also offer Gluten free options.
The waiters/waitresses are volunteers and are so very friendly. They can't accept tips but donations go back into providing services located in Castle Rock Adventist Hospital.

This is my favorite restaurant EXCEPT that they randomly close. Their website is not updated to reflect that they close at 2:30. So you can order and get your food and then they tell you they are closing ar 2:30. The staff said it is because they are short staffed due to illness. This is the third time this year this has happened. A place that you can't count on being open during their posted hours and they seem to not care enough to update their website or even post a sign on the door isn't a place I can trust. It doesn't physically close but the waitstaff leaves at 2:30 so you can't order dessert or get a refill. You can't count on stopping in after visiting someone in the hospital. I still recommend going but call first.
