The experience that we had at McDonald's tonight was awful. Even though they comped our food for free, it was cold and stale and they couldn't resolve the issues with the mobile app. They would keep scanning our code and it would do nothing.

I went there recently and the girl who brought the food out forgot to give us our condiments. My son went inside to get them and the girl comes back outside and didnât even ask if everything was ok. She proceeded to tell me if Iâm going to eat my food I have to park. I said to her you forgot the ketchup and our sauce. She caught an attitude and then handed me the sauce and barely handed me the ketchup. Sheâs luckily I didnât get out the car. Anyway I get home and there was hair in my food. I threw everything out. I will never go back there again.

One Happy Meal was in the bag with two meals instead of it's on box, still got the toy but the whole experience was strange. Also can't figure out why when ordering a Happy Meal and order a Diet Dr. Pepper People can't understand that kids also drink it and so always get up charged for a small or even Medium drink.

worst McDonaldâs Iâve ever been to. I ordered and drove all the way home. When I got home, I realized I was missing items and I called McDonaldâs to see what they would do. Not only did I get hung up on once I got hung up on three different times. Worst service I could ever ask for will not be going back to this McDonaldâs!

This is the worst McDonaldâs location in Castle rock workers And (manager)âs are extremely rude. Over half the staff does not speak English.

Placed a mobile order around 11:50 pm Monday. I arrive and the drive thru is closed and restaurant signs says they will re open at 4:30 am. Two employees were inside as I waved at them to see if they would come to the window so I could cancel my order since they were closed. They looked at me and just walked away.

This McDonaldâs is awesome! The restaurant has plenty of space, is always clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. One of the best McDonaldâs around! The kidsâ play area is a huge plus and always a favorite for children.
