I don't go to this location often because the employees aren't interested in assisting customers who have difficulties with the kiosk ordering. They are not very customer oriented.

This McDonald's is one of the worst places to go to. They can't even properly bag up the orders. Ordered 3 meals (was charged for 3 meals) at drive thru and received two. After I got home, I noticed one missing meal. I called to request a refund. I was told to drive to the store to get a refund. The workers who picked up the phone after 10 tries (including the manager) were rude.

The absolute worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to - and I’m from Frisco. The workers were so ridiculously rude to us. Went through the drive through at around 6 in the morning, ordered 3 meals. Got to the first window and the first lady didn’t say a single word to us, just took our money and sent us on our way with looks and silence. Got to the second window and only received two of the meals we ordered. Explained to the lady that we ordered 3 and were missing one, she told us that they only heard the first two. We tried to ask to just charge us for the third so we could be on our way (to the airport mind you), she told us “I can’t charge you here” and walked away. So rude. Doesn’t take much to be a little more polite. We drove off. Would give a negative rating if I could. If you come here beware the employees act like you’re bothering them to do the job they’re getting paid for!!!
