They ripped me off on a free french fries. I was supposed to get thru the drive thru. I ordered a meal with sandwich with second sandwich only $1. Again was charged full price. When I questioned the staff I was told those prices were not good thru the drive thru. When I asked if they were ripping me off, they said yes. Avoid, go to Arby's better food anyway. Have to give one star, but it would be zero. Oh and no response from Corp.

Order double with cheese. Got double with bacon. Ordered spicy chicken didn’t get it. Ordered hamburger didn’t get it. When I opened the bag at the window I told the girl working there my order was incomplete. She didn’t speak a word of English she gave me another bag and told me to “ move”. I got home and nothing I ordered was right.35$ food for one sandwich and 2 medium fries ( paid for large meals). If I could give zero I would.

I simply asked for an Americano with one of the employees, but he didn't understand. I spoke to his manager, who said, 'Go to Starbucks if you want an Americano!' The way he talked was unexpected. He doesn't seem to understand customer value and service. He was about to argue when I mentioned that this is not an appropriate way to speak. This guy is damaging the franchise and McDonald's credibility. He must be fired.

The best fish sandwich from any other McDonald's store. Only between 6pm-9pm. I tried it again during the day and it wasn't the same and customer service sucked on a Saturday during lunch the young guy at the window was annoyed when I asked any questions and rolled his eyes when I got to the window to pay.

Sparse and weird. This isn't the future any sane person wants. This McDonald's concept must have been dreamed up by someone deathly afraid of human warmth and hospitality. Seriously bizarre.The drive-thru is okay I guess.
Wow kinda disappointed my food wasn't a lil more crispy especially the hash browns u could of left it in a couple more seconds or turn up the oil heat just a smidgen but that my opinion but whatever I know I ain't paying over 10 bucks for this meal again WOW TALK ABOUT
