I was really disappointed with my experience at this location. The pizza itself was okay, but the service was very poor. The employees seemed confused and were walking all over each other, which led to multiple order mistakes. Orders weren’t being confirmed in front of customers to make sure everything was correct and they were just handing over a slip to check out with, and even that slip was incorrect.
I wasn’t spoken to at the checkout kiosk about my order, and I didn’t receive my drink cup until I had already been waiting for a few minutes afterward. On top of that, I was charged for something I never ordered. When I tried to clarify, I was told that I had already said what I wanted and that it had already been confirmed, which wasn’t true. The employee then ran back to the register to explain to the cashier, adding to the confusion.
Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had a disappointing experience at this location. Going forward, I’ll be using the mobile app to ensure my order is correct. The floor was also disgusting behind the counter. The customers could see it as they were putting their orders through and it didn’t look like it had been swept a full day. I am a previous supervisor of a restaurant for 4+ yrs and this would not fly if food safety came in. So that would make the food safety questionable to me personally.

Everyone is amazing, so nice. I've never had roasted garlic on a pizza before, it was delicious!! Your pizza is made in front of you, comes out so yummy. My only issue is that in the 3 times I've been there, the fountain drinks I want (Mtn Dew, Coke) have always been out. For pizza, these drinks are necessities, in my humble opinion. Very comfortable atmosphere. Price is reasonable. Broad menu options. Wait time has been very short. Great pizza.

Easy to order online, food arrived on time. Driver delivered the food as requested.
Worker was a young man with glasses. He wasn’t nice. Seemed annoyed by me even being there. The first was burned. I didn’t say anything but probably won’t go back.

My wife and I got pizza delivered to us, and have been violently sick ever since. I got the Caspian which has always been my favorite and my wife basically got a pepperoni. Today is Wednesday and with a 102 degree fever and practically living on the toilet since Monday morning, I can say I’m down 7.5 lbs, so there’s a silver lining.
Obviously this is a fluke, and I do think MOD pizza is great, but I’m really posting this in case others were sick the same night because if food is being mishandled, some servsafe training is needed.
Mod Pizza is simply the best place to eat!
