This was our first time to Mod Pizza. We loved all the options and how fast we got our food. My husband also loved the blackberry tea. There was 7 in our group. Easy to sit and eat.

So my issue isn't the quality of the food it's the quality of the customer service. I ordered two non dairy pizzas to be delivered and received a call from the manager right after the delivery driver had picked up our food and left letting me know that they sent the wrong order out with the delivery driver. I actually appreciated that she called right after noticing that but the part that takes over this entire situation and forces me to write a one star review is that their solution to this problem was to have me drive down there to pick up the correct pizza and not reimburse me for all the fees from delivery. I had told the manager that I'm not driving down there and that the entire reason that I ordered delivery was to avoid driving down there in the first place. No offer to send a driver was ever given. She told me she was new and to let her see what she can do so I waited maybe five minutes and she called back saying that all she could do was reimburse the one pizza not the fees. I told her that it didn't make sense since I paid delivery fees on two pizzas and that they should be responsible for that too. She told me that they can't do anything about the delivery fees and I told her that they need to reimburse both pizzas then. Why do you think that a customer should pay for the delivery fees on an item your store screwed up? She was nice but extremely oblivious to the entire situation. When I requested a refund on both pizzas she asks, "So you want me to void out both pizzas?" Um, yeah since you aren't going to refund my delivery fees. She reluctantly said she would refund both. Look, I'm not after free but I'm after fair and it's not right for a customer to pay for something they didn't receive period!

I thoroughly enjoy MOD Pizza. When I'm craving pizza, I crave MOD. Apart from the juicy and delicious delectable pizza something caught my eye. When I walked in to the establishment, my blue orbs scanned the place looking for an adequate seating area but my eyes landed in something quiet different that day. I shuffled my badonkadonk up farther into the establishment as I get captivated by the fair lad who was working behind the counter. A tall man with nice broad shoulders, apricot skin and a nice shoulder tattoo captivated my gaze. This delectable man seemed to be working extremely hard behind the counter, he made my pizza rather quick and skillfully, naturally of course you could just tell from his slender and baby skin smooth hands. I never seen someone so diligent in the art of pizza making, the sweat that poured on the back of his neck made his aura ethereal and holy, I don't think I could ever be complete without this nice young ladster perchance maybe in another life we were destined to be lovers.
Stopped in for dinner. Guessing most people are aware but it's like qdoba or subway for pizza. You get to build your own. Live that idea. Pizza was out quick and was tasty. Will be back.

I always have a positive experience when visiting MOD Pizza. I love this location which is very close to the I-25 exit, Meadows Pkwy. This MOD Pizza location is also very close to the Outlet Mall in Castle Rock.Usually, I order a MOD regular size pizza and build it myself. I love the variety of toppings offered. You could go extreme and really load your pizza up! Today, I enjoyed my interaction with the staff member who built my pizza. He offered fantastic options to put on my pizza. He had wonderful knowledge of all the toppings.After ordering your pizza, they offer various beverages which include fountain drink Coca-Cola beverages along with two iced tea options and two different lemonades. They also a dessert of "No Name Cake" that feature different flavors. Today's flavor was Pumpkin Spice. Surprise, surprise...Dining room is a simple industrial style with outdoor patio that has plenty of seating. Music isn't too loud either. Also, it doesn't take too long for them to bake your pizza. Love that it comes out of the oven fresh. They waste no time calling your name when it's ready.Check out MOD Pizza or this location if you live in Castle Rock or you're visiting the area.
