Very Lengthy quotes delivery time (90 minutes) and only quoted after the order has been placed. We’ve waited two hours now with no communication at all and no way to contact anyone at the store as the electronic prompts send you to a manager’s voicemail or let us know our order has been received and will be delivered in (unspecified) minutes. I’m on my third chance with the Papa Johns because my son loves their pizza.
I understand being under staffed, I understand being busy, but what is unacceptable is ordering an hour in advance for delivery at or near a specific time and 45 minutes after the delivery time I get no phone call to let me know the order is delayed.

Hi Summer!!! Are you gonna sue me for leaving this post? You said you would so I am ready, so is my team. This place is horrible, 2.5 hour delivery times, no communication, no one answers phones, you need fired Summer. You need a job at something slower like the library or the DMV, you can take your sweet sweet time there.
