Best Philly in Colorado. The owner is very sweet, I stop every chance I get!
I’m not trying to insult you guys but this is FAR from a real cheesesteak. Also, food trucks are meant to be unique and of higher quality foods hence using a truck vs a brick and mortar; potentially saving in cost allowing you to use quality ingredients. The review that said this is “authentic as it gets” is asinine. They clearly had cost in mind when choosing the bread, the steak and the amount. I’m assuming they decided to start a food truck then they just picked a something to sell/cook. The cheesesteaks did not inspire to open a truck, there’s no way. They did it backwards. If you guys want to truly boost sales (I’m assuming you don’t care), go to Little Arthur’s Hoagie’s in Cap Hill and taste the difference at a better cost. Arthur’s is BY FAR the BEST cheesesteaks in Colorado. Because there’s technically only 3 ingredients, it’s crucial to use the highest of quality ingredients and a simple but specific way to prepare. The lady seems like an absolute sweetheart and hope success for you guys!

Best I can say is the fries were made of potatoes. Buy an extra beer instead

Ordered a cheese steak. Barely any onions or meat.

$40 for two Phillies, $5 fries included in the price as well as tip. I mean the picture should tell you why I'm pissed at the fries and the sandwich was cold. What's the buzzer for - I can get my food when it's ready, why cold? Idk I hate to be nitpicky but the prices are crazy for what I just got.

Very disappointing. Do not recommend. The food truck was parked outside our apartment so we thought it’d be nice and convenient to order from them for dinner. Made the order online then went and picked it up about 10 minutes later. The food is definitely over priced and needs some desperate revising. My sandwich was missing things we had paid extra for, had no onions & the meat isn’t even seasoned. Not even salt. Who doesn’t season a cheesesteak? My husbands cheesesteak only had peppers, meat and cheese. None of the other things his selection had listed, not to mention we paid extra for extra meat on his and his was the same size as mine! Sadly again, not any flavor. The amount of fries (which taste like fryer oil, and again not even salted!!) you get for almost $6 should be criminal, not to mention they use jalapeno cheese sauce (that was cold) on their cheese fries which include bacon so that’s a poor choice in my opinion. We had reached out to them to discuss the matter considering we spent $60 on two sandwiches and two cheese fries but they deleted the post we contacted them on. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I feel as if things could’ve been handled very differently. Again, would not recommend at all.

Tried this out at the Castle Pines food truck expo. I was not impressed. I’m sure they were overwhelmed which is fair. But the food quality for the price was questionable. The ranch fries were nasty. I got the Cream cheese Philly it was subpar, if that. Definitely has potential, but they need to do a revise on their setup. I hope they can figure it out and provide a better quality sandwich in the future.

I got a mushroom cheesesteak from the pumpkin patch. The people were nice, and it was relatively quick but only about half the amount of meat and mushrooms that I normally get on a Philly. The mushrooms were also mostly raw and cold. Not impressed.

Well, I thought I’d give it a shot as the review s said that it was a good sandwich and being an independent business owner myself, I gave it a shot. Unfortunately, the bread was very dry and the meat was not up to par with traditional cheesesteaks. I ordered extra meat and extra cheese as I was pretty hungry, but was not impressed at all with the size as it looked like a regular sized sandwich. Eater be warned and I gave them a shot at the title. They should use Amaroso rolls and I’d pay the extra cost. 15 bucks for a sandwich and extremely disappointed.
Really enjoyed the green chili philly. Food was out in 5 minutes

Rode my motorcycle to the outlet mall and ordered 2 Phillies from cynthia and toni. They definitely did not disappoint lots of steak and cheese. In the future will be returning thanks gals for a great sandwich.
Parking: Depends on the location the food trailer is at.
