Way to over priced for fast food

I got a brisket burrito with no brisket in it. Annoying, how do you forget that?

You know when you go into a restaurant and you want to go back just because of the people? This Qdoba was simply awesome! Alexis was very people friendly and quite funny! And of course the brisket burrito was really really tasty!

This isn’t the first time I have issues at this location unfortunately we decided to give it another try. There always the same 2 young guys, we got served by the tall one and always it’s like he’s scared of the meat finishing he doesn’t poor the whole scoop into the bowls and they cut there chicken here like shredded chicken tiny pieces it’s ridiculous! Definitely not getting your moneys worth. We wanted steak for some of them but saw that some pieces were pink and we told them, the girl shift lead it looked like, she mixed the container of steak and said they were normal, they were pink. Quality and employees are horrible. This needs to be fixed I guess the employees don’t want to have to cook more meat and try to give customers the least amount possible and have the audacity to say it’s gonna be extra when I said it wasn’t a normal portion.

The staff are nice but they have a horrible manager, saw her walk in just to have a mental breakdown in the kitchen, and swearing at her employees

Just getting finished up here but needed to shout out David! Super friendly and went above and beyond! Food was fresh and delicious and all staff were friendly!! Restaurant was very clean and service was fast!!

My husband and I don't here frequently and usually have a great experience. However, the last 3 times my bowl has looked like it has a tablespoon old each item, severely lacking. The first time I let it go, since everyone has an off day. The next time it was even less food and I mentioned it and was told.. That regulation. What? Less than half a bowl? This last time, pathetic! Literally, teaspoon of guac, pico, and cheese. I had to dig the rice to find a bite if meat. I am all about 2nd chances but this is the third time, with no one seemingly giving a care that loyal customers are getting the shaft. Wake up@Qdoba, lots of places to head off to here in Castle Rock.

Tim was exceptionally polite along with the rest of the staff, store was nice and clean and they were quick with the order always a good experience coming here.

It's terribly dirty inside, no one cleans the tables. The food was made hastily, very different from the advertising picture

I walk in to order, and see a sign that says text their number to join their rewards program in exchange for free chips and queso. So I text the number to join, and request free chips and queso with my order. The girl refuses to honor the sign for no reason. So, I walked out without paying.

While training a new employee they allowed him to make the smallest portion of nachos while I waited there instead of giving him feedback they served me a what I could say kids size portion instead. Paying for a full portion and getting close to nothing but toppings it’s absurd!!
