Not cheap but they have some tasty drinks. Love that you can adjust the sugar level. Great, fast service.

We ordered 3 drinks and all 3 came spilled over and we had to clean the outside of the cups. 1 came with almost no ice and we ordered “regular ice”. Had to ask for an extra cup of ice to put it into. The employee was talking about how it was his last day working there so maybe that’s why.

My daughter and I love this place. The owner is so nice and really cares about your experience here. ❤️ This was our favorite place 2 years ago and then we had an unfortunate experience a couple times because of an ex employee and decided not to come anymore.
I left a really nasty review which probably haunted this place for a full year. We couldn't stop thinking about the drinks though and my daughter convinced me to go back just once. The owner was so happy to see us and just wanted to make it up to us. He remembered us and told us that after reading my review a year ago, he took immediate steps to make sure it never happened again and thanked me for bringing it to has attention... (with my scathing review 😔) I felt so guilty I could cry. I could have just talked to him instead of hurting his business. He just wanted to fix and make it up to us. He actually cares about the drinks that are made and he wants his customers to enjoy them. It's been a while since we started going there again. The owner is literally there all the time with a big smile on his face and is always happy to see us.He remembers what we like. The other employees are great too. The rewards program is great. Go see them, you won't be sorry. I would recommend the new Matcha series if you like matcha. They use a high quality matcha that no one else in town uses. It's AMAZING. The blended Strawberry Coconut with strawberry popping boba is amazing too. Pictured, is the Matcha Fresh Milk with boba and strawberry popping boba made with oat milk. I'm not a coffee person but my daughter is and she loves the coffee drinks here. The milk teas are also delicious. The menu is vast and I really want to try the peach blended tea with ice cream next. Also, their honey jelly is to die for ! It's great in their fruit teas. One last thing... to the owner*** I am so very sorry that I didn't just talk to you about the problem and left such a terrible review. 😞 I feel truly awful. Thank you so much for your kindness and we enjoy your drinks so much. I hope lots of people see this review and come out to see how great y'all are. Your business is what other businesses in Castle Rock should strive to be. ❤️***

Brookyln the drink maker was a very professional and warm hearted lady. She sold us to go to sharetea instead of siptea downtown. Brooklyn deserves a raise!!

The curly-haired boy at the counter (05/8) was completely unprofessional and so inefficient. He was unable to answer any basic questions I asked and looked around for help. It took forever for me to receive my drink even though there were maybe two parties who ordered in front of me. The owner is awesome as well are the other employees, but seems a lot of the young boys who work in the morning are incompetent.

The blonde kid (said his name was Chase) working Saturday afternoon (04/26) was incredibly rude. My friend and I just asked what was in a boba drink. He laughed at us, then turned to his coworker and imitated us in a way that was clearly meant to be offensive, using a distorted voice. After we got our drinks, he said pretty loudly that he wished he’d tampered with them. I’ve never experienced such uncalled-for disrespect over a basic question. I love this place and the owners, but this one employee really ruined the experience. Please train your staff to treat people with basic decency :/

Loved the amount of options they had but the employees were more interested in taking to each other than providing a service. This is why people are hesitant to add tips before the whole transaction is complete

So bummed by my visit here. Super young kids made me a milk tea and i could see my cup sitting there they clearly didn’t have enough tea for the drink they brewed some fresh and dumped it in with what was already there and it was too hot and curdled the milk and made a cheesy drink. I get share tea from other locations often and have never had a chunky milk tea
