Mostt disappointing milk tea I’ve ever had. No taste, no flavor, and not even a hint of sweetness, just plain watery milk with Boba in it. It was a complete waste of money and time. Save yourself the trouble and don’t even think about visiting this place.

Really cute location with and assortment of different drinks and customization. Like starbucks but more boba and refreshers. I got the matcha milk tea, added boba with 0% sweetness (yes! you can customize your sweetness) and was pleasantly surprised by the jasmine milk tea base they use. Signed up for the rewards got 15% off my very first order. I will be returning! Almost forgot to mention but they have a mini counter top shop with the cutest little charms and merchandise! 🌸🐼

This restaurant offers delicious customizable teas and bobas at a cheaper price than the other one on the other side (promenade) of Castle Rock!
4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenage boys) tried out this place for the first time yesterday. We were charmed by the customer service and space. Ordered 3 bobas and 1 ice cream. So very delicious! Their taiyaki machine was disappointingly out of commission as we couldn't try it.
Remember to scan the parking QR code and get their validation number inside.
Recommend for tourists and locals to try!

I got a mango matcha milk tea with mango popping Boba. It was sweet, yummy, and refreshing on a 90+ degree day. The interior is cute and service was friendly. Parking is funky, we parked slightly up the road on the one-way street. there is some parking by the store, but I wasn’t sure how to get there 😜 I signed up for the rewards thing, based on getting a 15% off enticement for joining. 🙂 There are also snacks available for purchase.

Parking is free for the first 15 minutes then you have to pay. Tea was enjoyable, snacks from overseas intriguing.
Kind of challenging to access with one way streets.
The parking definitely takes this off my return visit list. But if you don't mind paying for parking or the uncertainty of the 15 minutes free, then it's worth a visit.
Another option would be to park on a side street and walk over. Though I have found parking in this area to be a challenge on more than one occasion...
