After waiting about 10 minutes for the 3 people in front of us to be waited on, we were told it would be 7 minutes before our order would be taken at the counter. There was 1 employee at the counter and she was also trying to deliver food to tables, clean off tables, and cleaning around the soda machine. She ended up taking our order a few minutes later after an employee in the kitchen told her to go ahead and take our order. My husband and I both sampled his tator tots when they arrived and they were spicy instead of regular. We told the employee and she said they were the wrong ones and proceeded to take them off our table and give them to the people at the next table. I told her she shouldn't do that, as we had already eaten out of them. Our other food items were great and the employee was very nice. They could use a refresher on health regulations though.

My husband and I ate dinner here two weeks ago and we waited almost 30 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries to come out. I sent a complaint to corporate. They forwarded it to the local restaurant and I haven’t heard anything from them. When the guy finally brought our food he didn’t even apologize that our food took almost 30 minutes! As if that’s normal & acceptable?! It was not even busy… There’s PLENTY of other options for burgers so don’t waste your time here.
