I ordered the prime rib sandwich for my husband. So when he got home to eat it, there was literally no meat in it. How can a sandwich that is a “prime rib” sandwich go out without meat on it. It was our very first time ordering from you. I can’t imagine us wanting to come back.

Picked up an DoorDash order around 6pm and when walking in a girl working didn’t say anything but pointed and said “over there”with attitude then when I was taking a photo a guy working impatiently said “ you need to confirm before I give it to you “with attitude I’ve never been in here but with that attitude the workers give Im not interested in coming

Went here for the first time today and ordered a 12 inch sandwich. The cost was about $18 which surprised me. I guess either inflation has taken over sandwich shops or they think their food is gourmet. If I would have ordered a drink and chips the cost would have been $24.

There was a bit of a mix-up in the order line, but the staff figured it out in a way that made everybody happy.

I have gone in twice to this location. Both times I was given the riot act about being gluten free and I was told I would get glutened, emphatically. Completely unwelcoming. I eat at other Snarf's weekly as a gf person and have never bwen treated this way, nor gotten ill. Why is this location not like the others?

I go to this snarfs a lot but this time it was very disappointing. Paid $40 for lettuce and bread. They even got our order wrong.

My family loves coming here to grab a sandwich--it is kid-friendly and there is a dog-friendly (leashed) patio that sits street-side to downtown Castle Rock. Great views :)

I've mostly had takeout/delivery from Snarf's, so pretty much all I can comment on is the food itself. And it's fantastic! I enjoy Jimmy John's and Firehouse Subs and Jersey Mike's, but Snarf's easily gives all the other common sandwich places a run for their money. The sandwiches are inventive, but also very well executed. Toasty bread, melty cheese, and what seem like quality ingredients are hallmarks of the few times I've had Snarf's so far.

Pro tip: get a dipping cup of ranch for the Mother Clucker — it's a perfect bite!

Parking: For downtown Castle Rock, Snarf's is relatively unusual in that it actually has a small parking lot and when we went once around dinnertime, there were still plenty of spots.
