I cannot believe how unprofessional the staff is at this location. The Starbucks at Founders & Allen (Store #13489) is hands-down the worst I’ve ever visited—and that’s saying something.
The management here is a complete failure. The floor managers are immature, and the rest of the staff follows their lead—rude, dismissive, and totally lacking in basic...

Employee at register was awesome! Had a nice conversation with him, super friendly guy, and the drink was amazing. It gets busy at times but that's expected, staff is always friendly.
