The gobi manchurian is good; crispy with a ketchupy-curry flavor. The butter chicken is better than anything else in a 50mi radius. The garlic naan is perfect. The service is quick and kind. It's the best Indian food in Castle Rock and likely always will be.

Not a drawback, but they seem to always blast Bali-pop most times. It sets the vibe. Just so ya know

I come here every time I visit my son in Castle Rock. It's our favorite and I look forward to their delicious, authentic food. Our very favorite is the all you can eat buffet, but ordering off the menu is fanatic also.

Our family had such a delicious meal at Tamarind! Our waitress was so kind to our young daughter and the food was fantastic! The manager stopped by every table once the food was delivered to make sure everything came out well. We can’t wait to come back for dinner or order take out, they had a LOT of take out orders being picked up that were well packaged for transportation and looked yummy. Thank you for the tasty meal and fun experience team Tamarind!
