I've never felt so discriminated against so much in my hole life. I don't know who the rude lady running the store in the morning is. But working with the public is not for her. I'll be sure to tell all my family, friends and co workers to avoid this place like the plague!

I like this place. I like the donuts to go with my coffee first of all. I feel they have some great glazes! No kidding, the sugar in the glazes must be very concentrated. We go back over and over for the maple and chocolate covered bars or doughnuts.
The owner is super nice! The people working here are great! Give them a try. One tip, don’t wait much after 11:30 AM you may not get anything because they sell out. The same owner has five other shops in the metro area by the same name. Go there! Oh, they will gladly fill any bar with lemon, chocolate, or your filling of request.

Parking: I park on the street in parallel because I have a long vehicle. The lot can be busy and its on an elevated incline and tight to maneuver.

Absolutely found a great deal on a surprise box of donuts from this place. Great service and had me on my way with a smile. The kids all loved the donuts and ate everyone in the box. The pumpkin one was by far the favorite!

I absolutely love this donut house I have a blended family and have been coming here for years. The woman working in the morning has always made me and my children felt so welcome she would always give them a donut hole and make them smile. Keep showing them Local 💕

We typically go here for our kids birthday. They love getting doughnuts. That being said this time we had a new guy, we were over charged and the prices have gone up dramatically since the last time we were there. I am not sure we will be back.

Terrible when there's a line at the door and someone cuts in line and they don't even bother asking the person to stop back in line. Terrible customer service. Rude customers. Quality is just not what it used to be.

While The Donut House is one of my favorite places to buy treats for my family, it is on one of the least remodeled blocks of "downtown" Castle Rock! This makes me sad, because their donuts are out of this world! The owner is gracious end Beyond patient while I am trying to decide which treats to buy! I gave service a four-star because last time my order was incorrect partly my fault since I wasn't watching, lol! However do yourself a favor and try a cronut - if you do NOTHING else - try a CRONUT!!!

OK.. The donuts were 'good'. But only average, at best, for a donut shop. Nothing fancy like topped with real bacon and real maple syrup glaze or anything! Here's the kicker... just shy of $19 for 6 average donuts!? I know Colorado gets more like Cali every day, but RIDICULOUS! The Apple Fritters better be the best we've ever had at those prices. But again... average! I can surmise that the locals feel the same, considering the case was still completely FULL at closing (?)
And the service? Well, Google gives a closing time of 3pm. But apparently it's 2pm. I walked in at 2:02 and my pleasant greeting was ignored and met with silence. And it didn't improve much from there!
The high ratings are a complete mystery to me. The prices alone should cause a local riot! Yes, I get the cost of goods is outrageous... But maybe a lower rent building, a couple fewer locations, and something special with the product is in order. Honestly, I feel there is some gouging going on. Obviously taking advantage of the local 'upper crust' in the area with more disposable income than common sense!
I won't be back. And apparently, others feel the same. The good, and 'reasonable' donut shops have empty cases by 2pm. They should have been tickled that I was there, and that they were able to stick it to one more person before closing! ;)
