The Old North End is amazing! Im sad to see some people so upset about food that they havent eaten or tried in 3+ years because honestly its great! we got introduced to James Todd back in the beginning of September because my daughter was getting married. I had asked for catering recs for a quick wedding and ended up going to The old north end. We ordered a pan of the Chicken Picatta and almost 60 HOMEMADE stuffed shells and of course salad. When we went to talk to him in the first place, James was so kind and friendly. Took time out of his busy day as he was the only one there and helped us during lunch hour. He allowed us to try his food and gave us a price that noone could beat and even delivered it to us in Larkspur. The wedding food was on point! It was delicious and stayed warm with the supplies that he lent us. EVERYONE at the reception stated how amazing the food was and the wedding was a smashing hit. We also had so much food left over that we were able to feed our family a few more times.
We then went in for a pizza (TODAY) and let's make tell you they were BUSY! but James came over to us personally and handled our business, he asked about the wedding again and genuinely cared. We ordered the pizza and drinks and he came around a bunch asking what we needed. Even his wonderful business partner came from the kitchen to make sure we were OK. We did not experience it being loud the music actually was awesome and there weren't any kids running around but if you know anything about Italians and even restaurants (back east) pizza parlors have kids running around and hanging out. It would have been cool to see but hey its ok! I definitely say if you haven't been especially in over 3 years you give it a try again and make sure to talk to James. He is so passionate about his skill and if you find out why he decided to open and when, its a pretty amazing story. We will be back!!!!

We’ve lived in CR since 2018, and I can’t believe that we didn’t discover this restaurant until this year. This is our new favorite spot. Has the strong local feel. The owner is the nicest guy and really cares about your experience. Prices are VERY reasonable, and the food is excellent; definitely one of the best pizza spots in CR. Good beer and wine selection and the home made desserts are incredible. If you haven’t checked this place out, please do, you won’t regret it and it’s great to support local in a town of chains!

Excellent!! We’re from Boston and love the North End. This is as close as we’ve found anywhere. People are great just like the food. Highly recommend!!

This local Italian restaurant is absolutely world class. Best service we’ve had in years, anywhere across the U.S.

The food is exceptional, flavorful, and clearly made with love by people who care about what they’re doing. I mean, just look at that cheese pull.

Everything is made in house, old family recipes type of stuff. Not pictured here was the exquisite cannoli.

The Old North End Restaurant and Deli is truly one of Colorado’s hidden gems. From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth of a neighborhood spot that takes pride in every dish they serve. We ordered the fettuccini Alfredo, toasted ravioli, four-cheese lasagna, crispy chicken, and pizza—and every single bite was nothing short of incredible.

The fettuccini Alfredo was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, the kind of comfort food you never want to end. The toasted ravioli had the perfect crisp with a flavorful filling that made it impossible to stop at just one. The four-cheese lasagna was heavenly—layers of pasta, cheese, and sauce that tasted like it came straight from an Italian kitchen. The crispy chicken lived up to its name, golden and crunchy on the outside while staying juicy inside. And the pizza—wow!—a perfect crust with cheese that burst with flavor.

This place doesn’t just serve food; it serves an experience. The flavor is truly out of this world, and it’s the kind of spot that makes you want to bring all your friends just so they can taste it too. If you’re looking for authentic flavor, generous portions, and a cozy atmosphere, The Old North End is the place.

A must-visit. Colorado’s best-kept secret!

Man, you’ve changed. Decent food but sloooooow service and wait staff. Although, gotta say the alfredo was lacking seasoning and flavor which is not what we’re used to here. And what’s with the boxes stacked in the corner? Buffalo Trace, Lunetta and RNDC boxes occupied an entire wall of seating. Very odd vibe for a Saturday night. Again…SLOW. So SLOW! 40 minute wait and we were the only people in here when we ordered. On a positive note, we got to watch nearly half a game of hockey while we waited. Really, we’ve enjoyed eating here for the past three years and reeeally hope this is a one off. Judging by the lack of customers we saw during our meal, I’m hoping this place isn’t on a downward slide…
