It was our first time in, and the service lead (Ash, I think) did a phenomenal job and helping us figure out what to order. The food came out fast and was fresh and delicious. Definitely coming back.

I enjoyed my experience at the Joe's, I liked that it was made out of the knowing of it, like in a day dream. Where i was looking out of and what it was looking at, a California roll, wasn't separate their was no boundary between my self as the witness and the delicious snow shell crab california roll from Tokyo joes. And i have learned that fear and anxiety and family fights about frying pans at dinner can stem from the sense of incompleteness and separateness that arises out of overlooking the obviousness of the witness as ones own nature.

The old man working the counter need a hear aid and need to figure out how to work the register every time I come here and he is working the counter I have the hardest time ordering my food and it coming out the way I ordered it I like the food here but the service is 1 star at best

We used to LOVE Tokyo Joes, but the costs versus the amount of food you get is ridiculous. We upgraded our bowl to the larger size, and all that meant was MORE RICE. Their bowls are overpriced and filled with rice, not protein! When I pay more for the larger bowl, I do not expect that to mean just fill it with more rice. Disappointed that this is how they now handle their portions. There was hardly any chicken in all our dishes, but yet it was quite pricey for 3 of us. I had a regular size chicken bowl, and there was probably 3 small slivers of chicken. We cannot justify the cost to eat here based on the portions given unfortunately.

I really enjoy Toyo Joes so we order it often but have to leave this review because of the repeated issues. My issue is it has become Russian Roulette on if we actually get everything we order. They have on multiple occasions forgotten to add items to our order that were completely missing. It’s extremely frustrating because it cost so much to have that item redelivered. The staff needs training to check the receipt entirely before bagging and putting out orders.

Awful location, SO slow and the workers were rude. Waited 20 min for an order and when asked for my money back because I had to go, they found it just sitting on the rack. They slammed the bag to me when they gave it over.
