Quick stop for dinner on the way between Denver and Springs. It's a newer place, so very nice. Most orders were take out or delivery so the dining area was nearly empty. Staff was extra friendly and the food was very good.

If you are wondering what happened to great customer service, you need to come to the Castle Rock Tokyo Joe’s! The manager, Andrew, wants his customers to be happy! I love the poke bowls at Tokyo Joe’s, so I placed an order, but received the wrong poke bowl with my order. Andrew, the manager, was tenacious at getting in contact with me to make it right. He made sure I was happy and would continue to be a repeat customer. I was back there the next day for a poke bowl, and Andrew came out to say hi and thank me for my business. They are serving up fantastic customer service, along with fresh and tasty poke bowls, so I highly recommend Tokyo Joe’s in Castle Rock!

The moron taking food orders at the register, just looked at me, boppin his head back and forth. Did not greet me, didn't say hello! NOTHING! How rude! I walked out! I've been going into this TJs for 10 ye. I'll never be back!

Normally when you walk into a place the person at the cash register says “hello”, but the guy didn’t say anything. He just stared at me awkwardly for way too long while I waited for a greeting. Probably 10 seconds of staring at each other before I said “hello”. Literally the only words that came out of his mouth was “do you want that to go? Name for the order”.
