Union An American Bistro Reviews
We love the Union. The staff are delightful. The food is great. My new favorite Brie grilled cheese with chicken and fig jam!! So decadent and yummy.
I love everything about Union Bistro. Great food and cocktails. The one thing I take exception with is the 4% add on for the kitchen staff. You should pay your kitchen staff not add it on to my bill. Tipping should be my choice and I usually tip about 22%. I guess I could minus out 4% from the waitperson's tip, but that doesn't seem right.
Great service, delicious food, and lots of creative martinis to choose from. A GO TO place for lunch and dinner with friends and family. Highly recommended.

Union An American Bistro offers a great dining experience with top-tier service and wonderful food. The menu changes regularly, ensuring each visit brings something new and delicious. The atmosphere, reminiscent of a modernized Old City Castlerock, is cool and inviting, enhanced by pictures from local artists. While noise levels can get a bit loud due to the restaurant's popularity, the overall experience remains worth it. During special events like Denver Restaurant Week, the menu offers a fantastic selection of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. The restaurant has been serving up awesome dishes for 19 years, with a variety of beverage choices including different vodka, gin, rum, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic options. The portions are satisfying, with dishes like truffle fries, blackened fish tacos, and the highly praised salmon salad being popular among guests. The service is prompt and courteous, with staff demonstrating patience and care, such as offering to split plates for diners sharing meals. This makes it a solid choice for both dining in and takeout. While there was a minor glitch in the ordering system once, the friendly staff and great food make Union An American Bistro a place worth visiting, whether for lunch, happy hour, or a special occasion. Brunch on the weekends and drink specials, including mocktails, are also highlights that guests love.
