We happened upon this gem and had a delightful experience!

We started with Focaccia - bread is some thing I stave off to save room but this focaccia , obviously baked fresh that day was served piping hot with evoo and vinegar and is a must have!

The appetizer of Marscapone purses were rich in flavor while at the same time light and airy.

We love Vista Vino for date night. It's not our favorite spot to take the kids since it's smaller and we don't want to disturb the other patrons, but when we get the chance this is such a special place. The service is fantastic. Food is delicious. Quaint and cozy, a great little spot!

Need to take a moment to shoutout Vista Vino in Castle Rock. Such a hidden gem that I am so happy to have found. We came in for their Tomahawk Tuesday special which included: a bottle of red wine, a wedge Cesar salad, tomahawk steak with asparagus, potatoes and 3 sauces, and to finish it off, a flourless chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. $150. You can tell the staff genuinely loves what they do and has created the perfect ambiance that is equally low key but high quality....
