I ordered the beet salad. It was fresh. I would have liked the beets to be bigger cubes but it was still nice. The restaurant was open and clean.

Decent food and drinks, terrible service. We wait 10-15 minutes almost every time we come for any staff to even look at us. They seem very inconvenienced by working and serving food and drinks. Have to flag them down for anything. Lastly, guest WiFi never works.

Might... have award winning beer..., but the food is sub-par, and the service was HORRIBLE. I honestly don't know how they have a rating above 3.5. They don't even have comfortable seating, hard wood benches, and metal chairs.

Love this place so much! I don’t go for the beer but their cocktails instead AND of course the cheese curds. Yuuuum. They are absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, in the last year or so the cheese curd portions have gotten smaller and smaller. I think last nights portion was the smallest yet. It was pathetic, you almost have to order two or more appetizers to have enough to share with your party. Otherwise, just opt to have it with your meal as a side which I’m sure there is a up charge for too just assuming…😑

Food was good. Service was slowww! No refills. No one checked if our food was good or if we needed anything. Had to go find someone to pay. Saturday at like 2:30, but enough empty seats and enough staff to adequately take care of people.

Enjoyed a lunch after trekking up to the rock! We sat out on the patio and had apps and sandwiches! Great place to relax and watch as Castle Rock, rocks on in the background!

The past two times in a row we’ve had really bad service. This most recent time, the food was cold. My husband’s order never got put in and when it came out it was cold too. It took 2 hours to finally get outta there. Burger buns were super dry. Our server was nice, but not attentive. We sat there without water for quite some time with.Sweet potato fries ice cold. Such a bummer because our first time there was incredible couple years ago. We ended up just going home and not walking around to shop cuz everything took so long.feel like we wasted out money and evening.

Great beer selection. Waitress knew the beers on tap and made excellent suggestions. Cheers!

Beer was excellent food was sub-par. The Mac and cheese with pulled pork was mushy and not much flavor. The burger was supposed to be medium and came out well done. The grilled cheese with egg sandwich- bread was way too crispy, bacon was limp and the egg wasn’t runny at all. What we did like - the fries and the pretzel were good. I’d come back for the beer and go somewhere else
to eat dinner.

Very cozy brewery. Nice outdoor seating area. It has really good food, and the beer is some of the best in Colorado.

Wild Blue Yonder Brewery never disappoints! The beer is always ice-cold and delicious, with a great variety to choose from. And the food? Absolutely outstanding! The wings are especially a must-try—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax with friends. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by for great brews and amazing food!

My family and I have always enjoyed going to Wild Blue over the last few years; however, the last several visits have been subpar. I don’t know what’s happening culturally but the wait staff have A LOT of attitude and are not attentive. I understand being short staffed and I am patient about that, but if I’m a polite and accommodating customer I don’t see any reason to be short with me. It’s very disappointing given the potential this place has. Management please take note of this, I really use to like this place and hope it can turn back around.
