“What an amazing find while out exploring! This hidden gem, tucked away in a small industrial complex off the I-25 frontage road is not to be missed. They have a friendly vibe, the bartender happily allowed me to try a few different mead samples to find the perfect one to satisfy. I had an amazing chat with the owner and brewmaster discussing the origin and production of mead and where he sources his ingredients.The Honnibrook offers a tempting selection of food as well, live music on the weekends and an outdoor space in the warmer months.Their mead is light, crisp and clear, not nearly as heavy a beer is and all natural. The only thing I was missing to truly embrace the experience was a horned helm!I fully anticipate this becoming a regular hang-out!“
