Love them. Best tacos. Best queso. Parking does suck like everywhere downtown though.

It's a great spot for a great plate of nachos. It's well priced, the staff are friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. It's no wonder Yolanda's has been able to survive the rapidly changing landscape in Castle Rock for so long.

Yolanda’s Tacos is our new favorite Mexican food spot! It is always super fresh and their chips are the best!! We’ve dined in and ordered carry out and the service is always top notch. Also…they serve white queso dip! Usually all you can find is yellow queso out here in Colorado but Yolanda’s has spoiled us, they have delicious queso dip! ?The staff is incredibly kind and friendly and the service is super quick! So grateful we found this spot!

If you want authentic Mexican food, this place isn’t it. Staff were friendly and it had a good ambiance. I order the pastor tacos and they were really bland. Not much flavor to them.

Great Mexican food at very reasonable prices! Parking is a bit of a challenge in the area, but the food was worth it.

They literally have the best chicken nachos of all time. I suggest to get them without beans because it helps the chips keep their integrity. A1 comfort food. Additionally, the tacos (Tinga and Shrimp are my favorites); quesadillas are good also. Simple menu for kids with good options. Great prices for the amount of food and very quick service! Has a very unique local vibe and atmosphere, classic spot in Castle Rock. Hands down my go to place for Mexican food, their hours are a little wonky however.

I miss Yolanda's so much. I am currently away from home so I have no access to Yolandas. I had thought about Yolanda's today and downloaded yelp so I could look at photos of the delicious food. This place gives quality service and consistant delicious mexican food. I am in love with their queso burrito but sometimes If I'm feeling up for it I go for the steak taco bowl. This place has never let me down, and their horchata is like gold. Eat here when you can.

If I have to submit my license plate number, cell number, credit card number, and email address just to park in their parking lot and then submit my parking validation so I don't get charged to park....it's not worth it. I simply wanted a to-go order, but because I parked, it didn't matter. So parking.com has ruined the experience here, no taco is worth 10mins of giving your info to the automated parking system, cameras and all. I had to call them only because I pulled in, read the "Parking.com" sign, and immediately left. They billed me for reading their sign and reviewing their website. They credited it, but it's BS that I wasn't there for maybe 2mins and left.....5 hrs later, it shows I'm still parked.

We went here today for lunch after not eating here for over a year. We weren't huge fans the first time but figured we would try it out again. I got the carne asada tacos, and they tasted like a ground up McDonald's hamburger. The tacos were covered with shredded lettuce and had a slice of tomato in the center. There was no salsa or lime, and lacked any good flavor. My husband got the enchiladas which tasted like unseasoned boiled chicken, wrapped in a tortilla and microwaved. We were super bummed by both meals. The service was ok. It was quick, but the employees were subpar in service. The building was very clean, and a great location. Unfortunately there are 2 Mexican food places on the same block that blows Yolanda's out of the water. We will be sticking to those!
