Le Petit Chablis is a charming restaurant that has been a local favorite for over 30 years. The exceptional food is made to order, with standouts like the filet, duck entrée, escargot, lamb, and tornedos. The service is always nice, with a husband-and-wife team running the kitchen and front of house. Despite being short-staffed, the service remains attentive. The surprising wine list is an added bonus. This restaurant will be sorely missed when the owners retire, but for now, it's a must-visit in Canon City.
