Reason no because we had reservation weeks ago and do not have table ready for us available on time. This person at front desk’s name was Jack who didn't respect us. We had to wait for 30 min. Conflicted with other group schedule. That shouldn't happen. No stars for this situation.. We had no problem with our server.
Went a few weeks ago. Was ignored by the girl bartender with those nose ring like a cow. Walked past us 3 times in the bar so she could go flirt not 5 feet away. Then we had her as a server another week. Ignored us because she hung out laughing at the table next to us. Went back to the bar next time and Rachel was there AGAIN. Struggling. Why is that person still there? You lost us, Ron. Can’t wait for SportsBook to reopen. Good going.
