We had an exceptional experience at this Pizza Hut location thanks to Winter, the store manager. Our pickup order had unfortunately been taken by someone else, but Winter handled the situation flawlessly. She immediately stepped in, sincerely apologized, and took swift action to have a fresh order remade without hesitation.
Her professionalism, urgency, and genuine care completely turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great customer experience.
