Fries were cooked to not become soggy after being in the gravy, which make it so much better. The gravy was great. It was quite flavorful compared to some I've had previously. Cheese curds melted nicely and had enough to make it on each bite. Serving container had good amount of food.
Love me some "poutine". These guys are changing up the food truck game. Great service, friendly, like we were old friends.Ol G is what I got. You won't be disappointed!

To the reviewers here admonishing this establishment by claiming "real poutine" has "crispier fries" and "the cheese is melted all the way through", you are wrong. So, so wrong. Please get yourself a ticket to Montréal (round-trip, because they won't let you stay), take the Métro to La Banquise, any Lafleur outlet or heck even a Valentine, and bask in how wrong you are in your wrongness about what a "real poutine" is.
