I only have incredible things to say about David and his team! Sam and Will catered our wedding with a taco buffet, followed by churros and then returned the next day to help us host a game day for our guests and did bbq food from the food truck. We used the Pig Rig for our employee family day on 7/11 and it was amazing! Our entire team loved the options and the staff was so wonderful to work with. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you again Pig Rig Team!

This is my second time ordering from this food truck. I purchased the sliders with fries. The burger patties were thick and hearty and cooked at medium well. The burgers weren't dried out but full of juicy flavor, dripping onto my plate as I ate them. The buns were also fresh and sticky, just the way I like them. I would continue to recommend this truck!
