I only have incredible things to say about David and his team! Sam and Will catered our wedding with a taco buffet, followed by churros and then returned the next day to help us host a game day for our guests and did bbq food from the food truck. Our guests raved about their food - especially the mac and cheese and churros!David was absolutely amazing leading up to the wedding. He always responded within a day or so, was responsive to my event coordinator, and was so patient with our million questions while planning a wedding. He was so friendly and personable when we met him to do a tasting.Our guests loved Sam and Will!!! They were so so sweet during our wedding weekend, worked so well with our coordinator, and made sure to check in on us during the wedding.Everyone should book this wonderful group immediately :)

I got the Big Bird at the Highlands Ranch Summer Concert. I was one of the first people in line, as I wanted to get the meat when it was most fresh. The food was lukewarm at best and the chicken was dry and clumped under the sauce.

I've wanted to try this food truck for a while. Unfortunately, it doesn't live up to the hype.I had the Miss Piggy Sandwich Combo with tater tots. The sandwich is no longer served with cole slaw. Everything was deeply salty, nearly to the point of being inedible. The pork, the BBQ sauce, and the tater tots were all very salty.

This is my second time ordering from this food truck. I purchased the sliders with fries. The burger patties were thick and hearty and cooked at medium well. The burgers weren't dried out but full of juicy flavor, dripping onto my plate as I ate them. The buns were also fresh and sticky, just the way I like them. I would continue to recommend this truck!

The price was entirely reasonable for how many people we had eating, and the two guys working the truck were very friendly and were turning out food faster than we could eat it. The Colorado "Pig Rig" did a senior luncheon, honoring the bright seniors who were set to graduate from Colorado High School Charter. The people working in the Pig Rig, one named Clay went above and beyond to assure that the seniors, along with the whole staff were served in an efficient manner. Also, the food was awesome!! The veggie burger (which you wouldn't assume would be on the menu) is just as good as any veggie burger you'd have at a restaurant. Highly recommend!!
