amazing. Just amazing!!!!
Food here is great! We like the burnt ends and brisket. We loved Maureen and we love Alex. New manager — not so much. Not friendly and very rude on the phone. We have been long time customers since they opened, but now I’m rethinking that. Too many choices for good food in the area to be treated badly.
Well priced bbq. Great smoke ring! Old school barrel smoker in the parking lot. Cornbread with good buttery crust and soft/moist inside!

**Rolling Smoke BBQ** is a real barbecue spot that has been serving great food for 7 years. The food speaks for itself, with amazing smoked wings, pork ribs that literally fell off the bone, and unbelievably soft and tender pulled pork sandwiches. The BBQ sauce is incredible, and the sauces are sweet and spicy. The baked beans were just right, and the collard greens were delicious. The El Jefe features amazing links. For those lucky enough to visit on a brisket burger night, the special is a treat. The atmosphere is great, with incredible decor featuring posters, and the smokers are definitely rolling smoke. The service is impeccable, with the friendliest staff who are friendly and helpful. Employees like Jeff, Craig, and Alex provide great service and make the whole experience even better. It is the best barbecue in all of Colorado. Get there early for Brisket & Burnt Ends before they sell out. This is now going to be a regular place for good food.
