This hotel has not been renovated, as stated in the description. Our dated room was dark and cramped with the smallest bathroom I have seen in a hotel room. However, the location was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. We arrived very late in the night due to severe storms and was offered a late check out with no charge.
I know that the best rating is supposed to be a 5; however, We really wish there was a way to give this place and its Staff a rating of 10! I've stayed in many hotels and this hands-down was the most accommodating and professional experience ever! BigThanks to Ms. Kiki, Ms. Shouronda, Ms. Amber and Mr.Ben! We just departed from a 3 night stay and as much as I dislike having to write a negative review I feel it’s important for the public to know what they are getting at this hotel. To start with, my family has stayed at numerous Embassy Suites throughout Texas and the U.S. and we have always been pleased with our experiences which is why we continue to frequent their hotels.
