Delicious pies, savory and sweet. Try the key lime sweet pie, it'll change everything you thought you knew about key lime, by far the best I've ever had.

I was at the Pi bar a few weeks ago and it was great. Generous slices and a lot of variety. I went back a couple days ago to find a small selection of pies and small slices. For the same $8 I bought a half pie at Whole Foods that tasted just as good. I LOVE pie and was so happy to find this pie shop when visiting my parents. We first came when it opened in 2021. I hope the new owners can work out the kinks.

Had a delicious lunch with a good friend and made new friends. Karen is so much fun and made lunch feel like we were at a good friends house instead of a restaurant. The food and conversation were so amazing and I can’t wait to go again.

Food was ok, service was not. Drove across town to give it a try, based off of reviews. Left us feeling a little confused, we did finally eat though, so we left full. 80 bucks for two people also not what we were expecting for this type of food.

We drove about 20 minutes one way because we were excited to try this place, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
From the start, we were completely ignored. We had to ask just to place our order, and once the food was in, the wait times were very long. No one ever checked on us, our waters were never refilled, and the service felt nonexistent. When it came time to pay, we stood at the counter waiting while the person behind it finished a text message before helping us.
The food itself was okay, but nothing special enough to outweigh the poor service. We really wanted to love this restaurant, but it’s hard to justify going out, spending money, and supporting a business when you’re completely overlooked as a customer. Sadly, this was some of the worst service we’ve experienced.

I drove over 20 minutes to find it open for an event but closed to the public. They wouldn’t even help me out with a pie to-go. I highly suggest if you’re going to be closed to the public on a day you would be otherwise be open you post it on your website. It’s just good business and would have saved me 40 minutes round trip.
Next time you are in a grocery store and you see 1/2 of an apple pie $5.99, stop you will be disappointed. Pi bar on the other hand has made authentic fruit and cream pies their craft. Did not have one but their chicken pot or steak pies looked equally as good. Very hip patio

I'm not a huge pie person, but anytime I'm in Colorado Springs I try to stop here. I've tried most of their sweet pies and a couple of their savory pies. I actually like their savory pies more (though I really enjoy their rhuberry), and they have a take and bake option. Their crust is really really good. My favorite savory pie is their Southwest. Their beef bourguignon and chicken pies are also quite good. I'm usually hesitant about honey mustard but they use it really well with their brussels sprouts and bacon; it's tasty and crispy and the honey mustard isn't overpowering. I'm sure the other sides are great as well but I've never been able to convince myself to try them because the brussels sprouts are that good, and I like to pretend they're sort of healthy.
It's kind of in a weird spot away from most of the touristy stuff, so it's pretty quiet, which I like. Service is good and it's just a relaxing spot to go and enjoy a meal after a hike or whatever else you're doing in the area.

3.14 Pi Bar is such a gem! The food is absolutely fantastic…the Cluck’n Shrooms were packed with flavor, and the brussels sprouts were roasted to perfection. We finished with the key lime pie, and honestly, it was one of the best I’ve ever had, the perfect balance of tangy and sweet.
Beyond the food, the service was amazing. Every single staff member we interacted with was super friendly and welcoming, which really made the whole experience feel special. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the kind of place where you want to linger and enjoy.
Highly recommend this spot, I’ll definitely be back!
