This is my FAVORITE smoothie place in the springs. The smoothies are healthy and filling and so delicious, and the people who run this place are a joy every time. I will always be coming back when I want a smoothie!

I had a long day of running around, and just wanted a nice milkshake to sit down and relax with. I was given a very tasty shake, and they even placed a candle in it since it is my birthday! Very excellent and comfy atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This place is very cute but the smoothies we ordered were basically cold milk. I didn’t see her add any fruit to them at all. Maybe juice? Not sure. We won’t be back unfortunately.
