Our first time eating at Ambli and it won't be our last. Food was flavorful, creative and well presented. Austin, our server, was fantastic in all areas. Cocktails and desserts were top notch! High end food and atmosphere, but comfortably casual for all 4 of us. We will be back!

Favorite date night spot in Colorado Springs! My husband and I have loved coming here regularly because of the great service and dynamic, frequently updated menu. Austin has been a favorite server of ours, he always takes great care of us, goes above and beyond, and knows how to accommodate my gluten allergy. Pariza, one of the owners, is also fantastic and they take feedback and hospitality very seriously! The food is top notch, all-around an elevated but not pretentious dining experience in the springs. We’ll be here for date nights for life! P.S. the Mediterranean mezze and spicy seafood paella are some of our faves.Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options, and if you call ahead they do have a dedicated gf fryer.

5 course menu with glass of wine included was a great deal. My husband and I had lobster shooters, Indian chaat, beet salad, filet mignon and chicken, and to finish dulce de leche. Everything was wonderful. For courses 1-3, the party chooses from several options but it has to be unanimous. For the main entree, each person can choose individually from several options. For the dessert, one choice is shared for 2 people.

The Black Manhattan and the Japanese Mandarian Sour cocktails were superb! Cassandra was friendly, humorous and made us feel good about deciding to have our meal at Ambli. Huitlacoche Tacos featured a new-to-us mushroom that grows on corn! Freshly made naan bread was a delightful addition! Such delicious and unique flavors were present in every mouthful.

Based on a recommendation from the local paper, we booked a reservation to eat here as we visited family from out of town.I wish there were six stars. First, Cassandra took care of us and was exceptional. Also, did I mention she was exceptional? Great recommendations, great explanations - Cassandra was exceptional.And the food was very, very good. Cocktails good. Ambiance good. Etc…I’m running out of adjectives but let’s just settle for - you should go and eat here. Well done. Great experience.
Had a wonderful lunch. Started with $6 margaritas which were fantastic (birthday lunch). Tried the crispy tuna appetizer which was awesome. Wonderful flavors. I ordered the birria tacos which came with guac, salsa, lots of meat. Great! Hubby had chicken tikka masala. Was surprised the chicken wasn't tender but the flavors were great. Naan was perfect. Ended with the flan. Not your normal flan. It was good but what made it wonderful was the homemade carmel sauce. Presentation was beautiful and our server Collin was fantastic! It was a bit pricey for us but we will be back. Loved it!

The food is wonderful with attention to various flavors. The fact is the menu changes completely every 7 to 8 weeks, yet they can maintain a high level of quality. The servers are well versed on the menu and can easily explain each dish in complete detail. Very impressive indeed.

He was exceptional in his skills and services, providing a warm welcome and thoroughly explaining the menu for each order we placed. We couldn't have been happier with the experience! The restaurant atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing evening meal, and the food was delicious. The lobster shooters we especially delicious; one would have to taste them to fully understand the party of flavors. One of our highlights was interaction with Steve, a sommelier who helped us go deeper in our understanding of their exceptional food and wine pairing. This was one of the fanciest experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Everything from the silverware being brought out on velvet trays, to having pallet cleansers to prepare you for the next course. Hands down would recommend.Parking: Tons of parking in surrounding areas

I have been coming to Ambli for about 3 years now. It had been awhile in between the last time and now. Everything is absolutely phenomenal as always. They deserve to be in the Michelin guide for how delicious the food tastes! If you go absolutely order a round of lobster shooters for everyone. Only problem is you will want another once you have it ??♂️
