American Seoul Food Truck is the best food truck in the area. The food is hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The bulgogi with steamed rice and white rice is perfectly seasoned, and portions are generous. The cabbage and cucumber salad sides are the perfect compliment, and the pickled radishes are tasty. The catfish is the best, and the wings are amazing. The beef pot stickers are amazing, and the spicy cucumbers are refreshingly tasty with just the right amount of kick. The staff and owners are very friendly, welcoming, and kind. Even if you’re not familiar with Korean food, it’s easy to enjoy. Top notch food and service. Highly recommended!
