“Western burger came out wrong with no fried onions or BBQ sauce and he offered to bring the toppings out that was supposed to be on the burger, but we had to ask for a brand new burger since the original wrong burger was not gonna be fresh by the time the toppings got to the table.
They fixed the problem and it was delicious! Thanks Bradley
My other concern was tipping percentages are wrong when checking out. So always customize your tips to be sure your not over tipping.“
