The manager Taylor was amazing she made sure we all got our food and that we were completely taken care of after our server dropped the ball and didn't take accountability for her errors . Manager Taylor went above and beyond in making sure that we were taken care of completely and that the rest of our experience was good. Thank you Taylor...you rock.

We had a pretty disappointing experience with our server at the Applebee’s on Galley and Academy, but the manager, Taylor, completely turned things around. She listened to our concerns, genuinely cared about what happened, and went above and beyond to make it right. Her professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service saved our experience. Taylor is exactly what a great manager should be, and Applebee’s is lucky to have her!

However, everything can seem slow if the restaurant is short staffed. Customers have enjoyed the taste of the food, particularly the bacon cheeseburger, which was cooked perfectly. The salmon was OK and the potatoes were pretty good. However, some customers have had mixed experiences. Appetizers may come with no napkins, silverware, or plates. Dishes like the steak and fries were not always satisfactory, with fries sometimes lukewarm. Replacements like green beans may not impress.
